Harry Potter Polyjuice Recipe Ingredients

(serves 4-6)

  • 100g spinach

  • 100g kale

  • 2 kiwis

  • 1-inch ginger

  • 1 lime

  • 500ml pineapple juice

DIY Polyjuice Potion Recipe Method:

  1. To create your easy Polyjuice Potion, begin by preparing your fruit and vegetables. Chop any large stems off the spinach and kale and then wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt.

  2. Peel the skin off the kiwi and then chop into rough chunks. Repeat the process with the ginger, peeling off the skin and chopping up.

  3. Grate the zest off the lime before slicing in half and squeezing out the juice.

  4. Add all of the ingredients into a blender, along with the pineapple juice and blitz until thick and smooth.

  5. Give the smoothie a taste, adding more pineapple juice if it is too thick, more lime if it is too sweet, or more ginger if you'd like more of a kick.

  6. Once you're happy with the flavour of your Polyjuice potion, pour it into a jug, secure tightly with a lid and the smoothie will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days

  7. This Polyjuice Potion smoothie is best-served ice cold. Just before serving to your guests, fill a glass with ice, shake the bottle of Polyjuice, and then quickly pour over the ice. As the smoothie hits the air pockets between the ice, your Polyjuice potion should bubble

Making your own homemade Polyjuice Potion recipe is as easy as that! In fact, the hardest part is choosing who you want to transform into! So what are you waiting for? Give this Harry Potter potion recipe a go, and let me know what you think!
