Harry Potter Skele-Gro Recipe Ingredients
1 small papaya
100g dates (pitted)
50g goji berries
200g greek yoghurt (with added vitamin D if you can find it)
DIY Skele-Gro Potion Recipe Method:
To create your easy Skele-Gro Potion, begin by preparing your fruit. Peel the skin off the papaya and slice in half lengthways. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and then chop the papaya into small chunks.
Slice the passionfruits in half and scoop out the insides, discarding the skin.
Chop the pitted dates into small chunks (if you can't find any without the seed, slice each one in half to remove)
Peel the bananas and chop into small chunks too.
Place the fruits into a blender along with the goji berries, yoghurt and milk and then blitz until thick and smooth.
Taste the Skele-Gro potion and then add in extra milk if it is too thick.
Transfer the potion smoothie into a jug, seal tightly with a lid and it will last for 3 days in the fridge.
This Skele-Gro smoothie is best served cold. Shake the bottle well before pouring.
Thanks, Madam Pomfrey! With just a few glasses of this, you'll get a vitamin boost that will have your bones feeling healthier than ever!
